We can do what we practice. When we practice from a place of curiosity, inquiry, friendliness, and joy, this is what we will cultivate in our lives. The practice of yoga can reveal habitual patterns of holding and resistance that can impede the natural state of relaxation in the body, breath and mind. Once we can clearly see our habits (vidya or "clear seeing"), we have many more options to create ease in our lives. I look forward to meeting you on your mat!
